Matt's place was perfect for our golf foursome. The place was clean and well equipped. AC was easy to control and worked great in all the rooms.

Most of the lightbulbs in the kitchen were completely out upon arrival. The barbecue was filthy, dirty and full of remnant food in the bottom. They were only six beach towels available and we had to call and ask for more. There were no spatulas in the kitchen.

The host was quick to respond with any questions. The written directions was spot on, dont use the address in google maps. It was a new place and well taken care of. It sleeps the 16 comfortably but the living and kitchen area was small for 16 people, that is the only reason we rated it a 4/5.

Great communication with property manager, allowing early check-in.

Plenty of space. Loved that every room had its own bathroom. Clean and modern. Garage was perfect for my small car.
